Strategy deployment
Hoshin Kanri, often translated as "strategy deployment" or "direction setting," is a strategic planning methodology from Japan. It is designed to align an organization's objectives and actions from top management to the frontline workers.
The process gained prominence in the 1950s and 1960s, particularly in Japanese industries like Toyota and Nissan.
This is the foundation of our philosophy and technology.
